We open our curtains to the sun barely penetrating the thick air clouding over rush hour. When the clock hits 9:00, we are already 2 cups down and 5 emails into the day before we can even get the chance to say “good morning.”
The popularization of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) couldn't have come at a better time. An urgent call for the reconstruction of how we work, and how we make it work. We have come to form and recognize new relationships: the one we have with Ourselves, with Nature, and the one we have with the People around us. It’s not just about financial gains.
Every morning, I cycle to the top of the mountain and I feel my body wake up naturally, with an adrenaline rush that does not fade. Before traffic makes the air a little harder to breathe in, I am at my desk, grateful that Allxon is a part of the great effort in preserving that crisp air this planet brings to us.
Among Allxoners, the feeling is mutual. Though it may take some time to cancel out the poison that is suffocating this earth, at the very least, I am at peace knowing I march beside a team of changemakers who also care about their personal well-being, so that we all can take better care of our Environment, and the People around us.
