      How to Take Screenshots for Edge Devices

      Introduction

      The Take Screenshot function allows you to remotely monitor the performance of your display in real-time. By capturing a screenshot, you can view the display from a customer’s perspective and ensure the information on the display is correct.

      1. Head over to the Device Details Page.
      2. Click on the Take Screenshot Tab under the Action Section.

      3. You can click on the Take Now Button to take the screenshot again.
