How to Send Commands to the Edge Devices

Introduction

The Send Command feature on Allxon Portal streamlines the remote management of edge devices by providing a seamless way to send commands. This functionality ensures efficient and effortless control over your devices.

Head over to the Device Details Page.
Click on the Send Commands Tab under the Action Section.
Enter your command and click on the Send button. After the confirmation window for sending the command appears, click on the Execute button, and the progress bar will be displayed.
After sending the command, you will find the execution information in the send command window.

Send Command to Multiple Devices

You can also send commands to multiple devices simultaneously, making it straightforward to manage several devices at once.

Select the devices you want to send commands to by checking the boxes below, then click the Execute button.
After executing, a progress bar will show the status of the command.
Once the command is successfully executed, a success banner and tag will appear. Click the Done button to close the window.
